After almost two decades working for a well-respected recruitment agency during which time Erika built long standing relationships within client companies, she went out on her own and created BioSearch in 2014.  Erika received her BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Montclair State University.  Although a long time Northern New Jersey native she now lives in Rhode Island with her family.
